No, they periodically do a Free P&P code for orders below £45. I remembered it being posted on facebook recently, but it expired at midnight on the 15th.

Presumably the Irish one, given his location

Nope, I use the UK site, I have it delivered to a NI address, cheaper that way.

Looks like WEBFREE (Free P&P) is running again for a few days on orders between £10 & £45 (when it becomes free anyway).

CPC send a promotional brochure of some form out to me probably once a week on average. In general the thing to notice is that each of these has a different product code ending (their standard product code will be 2 letters followed by 5 numbers, eg. AB12345, but the same product will have an extra 2 numbers in the code if it's on offer, eg. AB1234567). So I'll sometimes make a note of the last few offer codes (eg. 67) and try them all in the shopping basket. Making sure I then remove all but the cheapest! You can often find several different prices for the same item.

Then if I'm ordering a significant amount I'll spend a few minutes getting bored trying all 101 different product code combinations. Sometimes you'll randomly find one that's particularly cheap. I saved over £200 last year by doing that when ordering 36 LED pars.

And of course they sometimes do the free delivery offer for anything over £10, but I normally just wait until I've got a total of over £45 to get free delivery anyway.

Very dull and geeky technique but can save money that could otherwise be spent elsewhere!
