I'm so excited!

Amy Whinehouse, The Examples and a few others will be playing at a private party tomorrow.

Fairground, free drinks and food at Nottingham's biggest Stately home. I went out with the staff tonight and got invited. Eeeeeeek!

He is still in mega state but owns loads of places around here.

It was a very very good evening.

I got picked up in a flash car, drove straight past security and mingled with a few people in the posh home. A few of us went out for a wander and purchased some drink tokens. Ten drink tokens for £30!!! You needed two drink tokens for a vodka and tonic which is £6! I couldn't believe it.

Anyhow, once we had a few drinks down us we went back into the home and in one of the bedrooms was a stack (thousands) of these drink tokens. The dude gave us a couple of hundred so the rest I can't really remember. :sj:

Woke up in the morning next to a dog in the home.

I feel a lot better I'm home and showered. I'll be returning for part two in a couple of hours.

We can't let those tokens go to waste. :o :D

I got on really well with the owner and his wife. We must have been sat chatting for over an hour. They own a load of hotels/stately homes...they host a lot of weddings...Charlie DJ's... ;)

Yes, but if socialising with potential clients also know how to control themselves :)
