It's been mentioned here a few times about the drop in numbers of people attending parties this year.
Tonight I have a 40th birthday jolly in a local community centre hall. I asked the birthday girl earlier how many she has invited, she said about 50. (Whoopee! I thought)
So how many do you think will turn up? I will say at this juncture, none of the guests know it's me playing! So that should fend off any wise cracks! http://planetsmilies.net/tongue-smiley-8861.gif
I will supply a virtual kebab and beer for the winner.
My guestimate is 34

Kieran - you have quickly become incredibly rude and ignorant.
Just like Shaun - I've had enough too.
Learn some manners or leave.

A sweep sake is where you all put a pound in and the winner gets it all?

Oh my dear Charlie, I think it's more a theoretical sweepstake for the purpose of a little light entertainment.
I don't think any money will be changing hands ;)

And is that where you neck all the leftover Rice Wine?

Well that was a strange gig if there was one! I had competition in the room next door from birthday girl's brothers. They run a company who do corporate team building Ready Steady Cook sessions and how to make Belgian chocolates. So they thought it would be fun to run a couple of chocolate making classes through the night!
Anyway, the the prize goes to ............ Drum roll ................... Fanfare .................. Steve at Dynamic with the nearest guess of 28, there were 29.
So, as promised .................. http://planetsmilies.net/eat-drink-smiley-7849.gif http://planetsmilies.net/eat-drink-smiley-7858.gif
