Anyone ever use them before? Looking at some equipment and these guys are the cheapest (just) so was wondering what their service in general was like.

Thing is every time I see this thread I read it as 'the audio works suk !' Not saying they do, in fact might check them out if they ship over here !

I bought an HK Audio sub from them which was 'in stock'. Literally 5 minutes after paying, the phone rang and lo and behold it wasn't in stock. It would be a week before it came in. A week became 2 then 3 and so on. Refund took ages.

They seem otherwise OK but do be absolutely sure that they can supply goods in the timescales promised.

One of the most helpful retailers I've ever come across!

Offered me a fantastic price on the PRX612M's, kept me up to date on stock levels and generally offered helpful advice over the phone.

Unfortunately the sale fell through due to an issue with my card and their payment system (they use Sage Pay which requires 3D Secure)

But regardless, they'll still be getting a sale when it comes to getting my sub.
