Its about time someone came up with a decent small light. looks like an adaption of their mirrorball one.

Doubt it will stand well against the larger slimline lights however. Nice anyway.

One thing to bear in mind is the 6 degree beam angle.

I'd be interested to know how you get on with the ones from thomann toby (when you get them). I have just promised my wife uplighting for her party in november. I'm wondering whether it could be the start of me offering an uplighting service :D

For £45 a pop they are well worth it.
I have already used a set of the same and found them excellent.

I will stay with my Stairville led par56's from Thomann at less than £30 each.
They work well on dmx, 5 channels and have 3 yrs warranty. Great comments after using them last Saturday. They are cheaper but larger to transport.

Ahem. Saw these at the Yorkshire NADJ meeting. Lanta did a very impressive demo. This was shown at a price way way lower than here.

It would be good in very tight places or for spot lighting a cake (clamp on a door etc.) or something but cannot see the benefit as the ones you mention are very small anyway and more brighter. They also have two supports an in and out power to daisy chain and you can master slave which i assume can also with the small ones mentioned in this post.
