I just wanted to publicly apologise to Andy (Deltic)

I have issued him with a refund today for the behringer units. I sent them via Royal Mail Standard Parcels (untracked, my bad!) and the parcel never got there. He has waited patiently for the past few days to no avail, I really had no choice but to refund as the parcel was posted on 2nd June!!! The post office said it COULD take up to 3 days, 7+ days is just taking the :Censored:

If they ever do arrive, christ knows what state they'll be in :(

Apologies for the inconvenience Andy :beer1: :beer1: :beer1:

these things happen from time to time mike, should anything turn up you will be the first to know.
thank you for the apology even though it is the good old royal mail who are at fault.
we can only wait and see if anything eventually turns up.

I always use interparcel as you always get a tracking number and insurance of 50quid and you can up that... And they tend to be cheaper than royal mail aswell
