One of our DJs was doing an 80th too tonight. Seems like it may have been a different animal though...

...apparently relatively early, he had an empty dancefloor when a lady asked for some 'modern music' for a young group up who had recently arrived because she thought they might like a dance, whereas the rest of them were busy chatting.

He played LMFAO - Party Rock Anthem. None of the young crowd moved a muscle..... but the birthday girl and her friend got up and danced!!!!!!! :eek: :eek: :eek:

I did a golden wedding anniversary last weekend and had them all up dancing! It was absolutely amazing!

Mind you, I seem to be having my best ever year DJ-ing-wise. I can't remember a bad gig this year. And tonights was no exception! I'm on fire!! :)
