On the paperwork you send out for Civil Partnerships, what do you replace the term 'Bride' and 'Groom' with?
e.g. on my paperwork I ask for 'Brides Full Name' 'Last Dance for Bride & Groom' ect, obviously this is no good for a gay couple, you get the idea ( I hope).

I was going to ask the same. I have a booking for a civil partnership (2 girls) next March.

TBH , I have only done one civil partnership , used my standard contract , and nothing was said , first dance was introduced by saying their first names , as arranged.

Come to think about it , There is only one reference on the client details form.

I'd also add a 'No hanky-panky or the DJ will leave the room' clause :D
