Another cancellation

Obviously happens all the time BUT just to report yet another GOLF CLUB has cancelled and makes them the most common type of booking to get cancelled here in percentage terms, not that there are that many.

We are managing to avoid Charity cancellations which used to be the problem area by putting people off with onerous terms such as full payment 30 days beforehand which soon puts a focus in the punters mind on ticket sales.

BUT the best bit--oh can have our non refundable booking fee back as we have incurred large charges with the Marquee:daft: :daft: :daft:

Never mind about giving their money back--they owe the Band the full fee as cancelled under 14 days.:eek: :eek: :eek:

Wedding last Saturday cancelled on us 2 weeks before the event. However, have moved it to April next year, so transfered deposit. Dissapointing as too late to fill the gap, but happens and circumstances were very tragic so you let it slide.

New Years Eve cancelled this week via an agency. Screwed for getting a decent replacement job now and out of pocket to tune of £800, buit what can you do.
