How is everyone keeping?
I have been just popping in and out every now again, but not really had much time to say a lot. We seem to be fairly busy of late, but lots of background stuff going on too.
The Michael Buble tribute nights have just started, so I have been busy trying to get to grips with Martin light jockey and its getting there. Once you get a feel for how it works its really good. Few issues with lasts nights show, but first attempt and I now have some ideas to improve things having seen the show up live so to speak.
Buble night itself went down a storm. I have never seen so many cards handed out in one night. Roll on the next ones and all the weddings that may come from it.
Hopefully the new sound system should arrive in next week so I can start playing about with that and getting to grips with the DBX driverack. Just need to order my flight cases for the speakers now, which are a pretty penny, but have wheels and pack easier.
What else have I been up to? Still trying to get round to finishing getting everything on the HD2500, but just don't get time. To be honest there is enough on there to DJ with as I do many a night without touching the CD's. It helps that most of our work is now singer DJ stuff as that shortens the DJ'ing.
Next year looks exciting too with 12 bookings confirmed and 2 confirmed for 2013 with our first uplighting job booked in 2013.
Right I should be working on bits of the web site so I will love you and leave you. Still trying to get to BPM this year. Will let you all know if we can.
