Couldn't ask for more (Terralec)

We've purchased quite a few of the Cobra bags from Terralec and found them to be good quality.

However, the zip keeps popping open on one we purchased a few weeks ago (happened on its third outing last week).

I emailed them a short while ago to tell them about the problem, and in 3 minutes the response came back:-


I will get this bag replaced for you free of charge. This will be sent out tomorrow for you and be with you on Wednesday. Please dispose of the faulty bag.

No-one could ask for more, so I think they deserve the 'MDD Good Service Award' :5star:

Ive always found Terarlect to be spot on. Granted more expensive that the likes of CPC...but you get the knowledge and service when you have to phone them up.

Can't fault that, great service.
I used to use them many years ago when they used to advertise in "DJ" magazine and sell the JB Systems range, haven't used them in a long while.

Haven't used them in a while as I can often source the things I want for less, but their customer service was always spot on.

I get all my padded bags from there and still doing well.They are 2 years old as well..Excellent company
