I want to re-vamp and do a fairly comprehensive FAQs sheet, so I thought I'd ask everyone for suggestions for the questions that I should include answers to (just so that I don't miss any).

Please list your suggestions below.

:thanks:

I just collected all the actual FAQs that I had answered from customers and posted them on my website.
Here are some that have not already been mentioned above:
Q. How far can you travel to perform at an event?
Q. Can we come and see you perform?
Q. Can we see a list of songs your normally play?
Q. Do you have Back-up Equipment?
Q. Can you play World Music?
Q. Our friends are professional singers. Can they sing at the event too?

Many are duplicates to what's already posted, but here's what I've currently got.

How long do you need to set up the equipment, and how long to dismantle it at the end of the night?
How much room do you need for the equipment?
Does your quote include lighting?
We are having a meal earlier in the day in the same room as the disco is taking place in the evening: Can you set up before we arrive and do you charge extra for this service?
If you set up earlier in the day, can we use your equipment to play background music during our meal?
Can we use your microphone for our speeches?
What are your power requirements?
Our venue has a sound limiter, will this be a problem?
Can we see the DJ in action?
Do you provide any other services?
What is Portable Appliance Testing (PAT)?
What is Public Liability Insurance (PLI)?
Do you hold Public Liability Insurance (PLI) and is your equipment Portable Appliance Tested (PAT)
How and when do we pay you?

Anyone else care to post up their FAQs, and I'll try and compile it into a comprehensive list. :)
