I wont name or shame , because the problem has been resolved...
I ordered 3 X Philips Broadway 24V 250w lamps..............
What I got ....3 X Sylvania 24V 250w lamps , I was told that they are the direct equivalent to the philips , er..........no there not.
However the correct lamps are being sent out today , together with a pre paid return jiffy bag , I thought the Philips were very cheap , but I can have the correct ones for the same price :D :D
