Which Speakers?

Right guys...got a friend whose just starting up, and hes in need of a pair of speakers.

Hes been given a powered mixer/amp...infact, one of these http://www.gear4music.com/PA-DJ-and-Lighting/Phonic-Powerpod-740-Plus-Powered-Mixer/5SG

So....can anyone suggest a pair of speakers that will work nicely with the linky.

Budgetwise....as cheap as possible, but he also wants a half decent SPL if possible.

I used these (http://www.gear4music.com/PA-DJ-and-Lighting/Behringer-B215XL-Eurolive-PA-Speaker/A6V) for ages, and they were brilliant. I'm no sound expert but I think they should be fine with that amp?
