It's not as bad as everyone is making out. The reason people dislike it is because they dislike her after watching her on whichever TV show it was she was on.

I didn't watch it, but I know that she really drew divided opinions, and a lot of people took a strong disliking to her.

So judging the 'music' alone, it's really just a catchy pop song - and there has been a lot worse than that even in the last year or so.
