i recently acquired a swa1501 sub to add to my collection of gear? i currently run 2 k10's and a k sub thought ive only done one gig with the k sub and thought it sounded muddy..... but could be because i had it wired mixer sub k10's not as qsc recommend

any way i tested both wiring configurations in the spare room couldn't notice a difference,

got the mackie connected at the moment in there and sounds awesome though i havent done a side by sid comparison between the two

has any on else compared the sound of each? opinions please :)

id think the qsc with more surface area of drivers and 1k amp would be best but maybe not?

you have to wire it as QSC says(source into tops first)The turny knob on the sub is an attenuator not a volume control.
