I need a couple of these leads and can't seem to find any?

I know someone will come back and say they are easy to make, but I have enough to do and would rather buy them, unless anyone wants to make some and send me the bill?

Only one I can find is on voodoocable.net and is priced at $89 for just the adaptor!!! :eek:
