If you cant pull it out with tweezers the way i did mine was to solder a screwdriver onto the snapped end and then pull it out as normal :)

It snapped and left the remaining part too far in! Its under warranty so will call them tomorrow and see if they will sort it. Look too complicated to open it up myself.

If you are careful you can put a drop of superglue on the end of a small screwdriver or stiff wire and connect it with what remains of the jackplug. Obviously hold it until glue is set and draw it out.

The soldering to a screwdriver the is standard procedure, failing that, some EXTRA powerful glue.
