Chart site needed

I use the site Every Hit for general chart info, number ones etc.

However, I have been trying to find a site for my quizzes where I can find the chart for say week commencing 3rd September 1992. The idea being I can ask the question, what year was A @ number 1, B @ number 2 and C @ number 3 in September.

I did find one site but you had to e mail them for specific charts for an exact date, that was far too much trouble.

I have looked hard for a site like the one you are looking for with no success at all.
I would be pleased if anyone can direct you to a good one.
You can get the information you need from everyhit.com but it is a bit difficult.:)

Ah yes, I was on that site last weekend and found it great for doing what you have just done.
What I am after is every months top forty from the sixties until present.
I am trying to get it on to a Excell file so that I can reference it without using the web and also keep it updated for good.:)

Here's what I have started, and is taking a long time due to lots of copying and pasting. It is easy to reference and looks a lot neater in Excell boxes.
This is the part example of 2010. I know this will take me a long time to do, but once the archives have been done it will just be a matter of keeping the latest lists up to date.

Shows how old school, or should that be old skool I am, I've always thought it was Radio One. That's were I go to check the latest charts along with Kiss FM.
