I'm just starting to set it up again and wondered what kind of problems people had once it is up and running, For people with more than one DJ - eg: Did DJ ever forget to log-in or forget their password?

Not using DJEP, but principal's the same with DJI/eWebmin system I have.

My DJs love being able to log in and see what's happening. Just in case, I do set up an auto email to go out to the DJ a week or two before a gig to remind them that they're working and to check everything on the system..... it's only ticking a box at the time of booking to say I want the email sent x days or weeks before the gig, so dead simple.

I like it - Im a user on it we had communication before we used this works great now - espicially with clients adding playlists
