flight case suitable for mixer and cd players or mixer and amp etc, i'm no expert on unit sizes so have attached 3 pics to show how it works.

it has removeable front, back and top and these are fastened on with butterfly type catches.

it has rack mounting for the mixer which tilts up so your mixer is at a better angle to work with.

Collection preferred may meet if we can agree costs etc, or i'll help all i can if you arrange courier.

10u x 2u at a guess (looks like 3.5 / 4u at the front, but with kit in the top only 2u is available for use) How long are the top rails? about 17 inches at a guess going on depth in relation to the width. If so 10u.

Hi ian, like i say im no expert, but the case top part is the same size as my 19'' mixer, as you can see in the pics and deep enough to take the mixer and a cd player or amp underneath -- i think that means it's 10u and 4u deep, and the mixer mounting part flips up to an angle....hope that helps

Did you post a typo there? Because they don't look right, and none of those measurements equate to 19" wide rackmount.

They can't be right, because the photo shows the case as roughly square on the base, and the measurements given would make it three times wider than it is deep.

Indeed, it is the important bit after all & if it is the size I guessed it is earlier, Ian did post up a want ad for just that size a few days ago.

10U should be 17.5 inches and 4U should be 7 inches.

1U = 1.75 inches so 16" would only accomodate 15.75 or 9U and 6" would only be enough for 5.25 or 3U
