Hey, what a great song title that would make. :D Well it's time to work out whether to laugh or cry.
More than one person owes me a :beer1: or two, and the accepted form is to collect 'em at BPM. Usually works superbly. Well there's a problem with the cunning plan, Baldrick.
Since Easter, I've been diagnosed with Atrial Fibrillation ( cue some serious Googling ) and it's apparently treatable at this stage with tablets. I'm now on loads and loads of ones for different things. So far, so good.
Only problem is, Alcohol clashes with the Rat Poison I'm on, so I can only have a small sherry every now and then. Really bad news, but not unworkable. Except the Beta Blockers I'm on as well mean that if I have a drink with them, I'll fall asleep.:( :(
So there you have it, to all intents and purposes, I'm teetotal.  No more Trusselthwaites Old Sock Rotter for me, sadly. Soft drinks only, effectively. Like I said, :D or

On the plus side, we now have a designated driver for BPM. Clear out the back of your van and see how many of us can fit in at the end of Sunday night. :D
On a more serious note. You can't take any chances with your health mate. So on that note I'd be happy to drink your quota of alcoholic beveridges. That's how caring I am.

Just a thought ?:-)You put thought in to that comment?
Are you able to go 10 posts in a row without it descending in to a seedy gutter?

Shaun, your selfless attitude has brought a tear to my eye. I'm welling up here.

Nah mate, at my age that's out as well. :( :( Some mates did indeed chip in for a young lady, who turned up on my doorstep, and proclaimed " I'm here to offer you super sex." I looked at her and said" Well you're very pretty, and ten years ago I might have, but now I'll have to settle for the soup". :coat:

Hopefully this may follow the pattern that from seedy gutters blossom forth leafy suburbs ? ;) :)

That's actually quite funny that. I'll have to remember that one :D
All the best :D

Just a gentle reminder of the rules

Some of you have had enough warnings, it's time for a hardline approach, sanctions are waiting for the next breach.

Don't fret mate, I know how debilitating IBS can be. In many ways it's worse than mine, cos at the moment ( and likely in the future) as long as I keep taking the tablets, I'm fine.
Just think. At BPM, we'll have a stone cold sober Grumpy Old Git with a camera. ;)
Ya gotta ask yourself: " Do ya feel lucky? " :D :D :D :D :D :D
