it said on page the manufacturer name is RSDmusic

gone on the shops website and the name for the manufacturer is Showtec RSD music is the name of the shop

You can use any DMX controller, if you just want a basic controll for the pars there are many par can controllers, which by looking at the DMX channels on the pars they will work, chauvet obey 3 comes to mind, but check first. If you look back at the RDS site I'm sure there are controllers on there for the light you have bought.

DMX cable. Watch out as some of it will be the proper professional 5 pin stuff.

so i take it thirs 3 pin leads as well as 5 pin and its the 3 pin what i need to get it to work going of the help you guys have given me am i right thinking this :)

Yes 3 pin is what you need, by the sounds of it you are just getting into DMX, I would do what I did and look at some youtube videos to get a basic idea of it, it was mind bogling to me at first but i just watched them and watched them untill it sunk in, I still only know the basic's but can program a reasonable light show.

thanks for that i have looked on you tube at the videos and i looked at the
CHAUVET obey 3 controller and i have watched one called dmx for dummies and some one was doing a demo of the CHAUVET obey 3 controller with a light and it sunk in my head wen i watched it and its got every thing built into it so i am gona get that

DMX is as simple as Lighting Desk/ Program ----> DMX cable ----> Fixture. There are some rules that apply when wiring it all up. IE no passive splits, don't use mic cable as DMX cable and such. Thats it really as simple as that. The hard part really is the programming of it all and getting something nice at the end of it.

have you come across the chauvet obey 3 what i am think of buying cause looking at the videos on you tube looks very easy to use

For LED cans then its perfect and designed for them so would be ideal for you.

thanks for that going to order one on tuesday but how dose the controller work dose it need a mains lead to power it

From reading the manual it has a 12v wallwart. Plug it all in, turn it on and off you go!

Transformer that you plug into the Wall. Normally so big and heavy they pull them selves out of the wall or pull the socket off the wall. XD. Usually black in colour.
