This weekend, I'm not working so...

I'm staying in, playing scrabble with the boss, having a few ports and a takeaway.

Chinese, more than likely a Kung Po chicken, fried rice and a couple of spring rolls, Trees (her Ladyship) will have chow mein and some spare ribs.

Tomorrow we'll take the dogs for a walk on the beach, bacon buttie for lunch and an afternoon sitting in the garden taking in the rays ... copyright Donald Sutherland Kelly;s Heroes.

Sounds lovely. just thought I'd start a thread where you didn't have to say I met a lovely couple, in a residence I've worked in before, did a rock/indie set that everybody loved and gave out 15 cards.

Simply something we all enjoy when time allows.

Its 9 oclock ,Had a Sweet n Sour with mrs Sounds for tea.
Master Sounds is in bed and ive had a bath while Lily showered .

Slobbed all day watching things we had recorded on the DVR, had chicken goujons with chips (classy eh ?!) then quick flit up to Tesco to check last night's lotto (not a winner :() and get bread, milk, butter, smokes and 'something nice to have with a brew' as Mrs Paulie calls it !

Bought 2 bags of sweets - I had gian buttons, she had twirl bites ! We watched the first part of the witches of oz that we recorded ages ago, (2hrs!) going to watch part 2 tomorrow.

I mowed the lawn and went to a friends in Wapping to watch Liverpool beat Everton. Then a nice stroll back down the Thames stopping off at a few riverside pubs and a nice restaurant, ending up at St Katherines Dock and Tower Bridge- saw it open at night which is a fairly rare occurrence.
Tomorrow is a day for the garden.

I went to see Bournemouth play Boston (their first ever league match) and we stayed in Skeggie for the weekend. We had a great time but WOW the palce seemed to be in a time warp! Shiny track suits, white socks and mullets! :D
