Had an absolute stormer last night. Venue was a bit of pain to get in (upstairs.. three fire doors that had to be propped open)... but the guy who booked helped me out as he's a sound tech with a band. He was a real nice chap and we chatted for ages about all sorts and he really liked the Martin Audios! Anyway, it was this guy's daughters 21st.. but there was the usual mix of old and young. Was a fancy dress party too.. the dad had a great Ali G costume!!
Played a variety of stuff... but they really loved their dance music.. the normal 80s / cheesy stuff went down well but everytime i went back to the dance music the floor became absolutely packed! Played some great tracks that i haven't had chance to play for ages!! Only thing that annoyed me was i didn't have the camera with me as i use my mums one and they're away on holiday.
Gotta post the playlist for this one.. not sure where the first 30mins of music disappeared to.. but the main part of the night is all there.. tune of the night had to be insomnia.. kept getting asked for it so it was played twice (albeit different versions)
