The upside is that, the one unit that is working well does sound very nice albeit in my garage at low volumes and thumps a lot more than i expected.

It's not the end of the world really, but just rounded off a bad day worse :D I'm over it now lol

The ultimate plan, when it all arrives (re-arrives) is to be running 710s over 902s.

I reckon, although I have no concrete proof that this would suitable for up to around 200 people, although i rarely get events bigger than 150.

The subs should offer a nice bottom end whilst being portable enough that I am convinced I need to take them rather than leave them at home. The tops are, it has been suggests over powered for the subs, but this means I wont need to push them hard and I have headroom when I want to use them on their own.

What i aimed for was that I needed it to be compact and flexible for all types of events. I dont want to have multiple pa's for different events.

Sometimes I get 50 people in a back room of a pub e.g. 60th Birthdays etc that I like, friends of friends, organic bookings, that I like to do because they are fun and the 710s will be more than enough for that kind of stuff. Also for younger parties they will be fine as you dont need the full setup for 2 hours playing the Fast Food song to 5 year olds.
