I would say the load would need to be very well balanced so that all the forces were applied directly downwards.

The feet at the bottom of the stands dont look to offer much in the way of support/bracing for any lateral forces which would be applied if scans and the like were fitted in front of the bar leaning forwards as is often seen in pics posted on here.

Having said that, it is a neat idea and if I was close enough I would definately go to see it in real life.

Just found their Facebook page and it has some high quality close ups of the parts. It looks to be pretty substantial.

It's only the cross bar though - description states you need 2 x lighting stands to mount it (unless I'm reading it wrong).

One of My DJ's SPDJ bought one of these and the company vanished off the face of the earth.
i would bet a more reputable company and it really does not look very strong.

The slidy things that hold the lights are an accident waiting to happen :(
They promote it for LED pars as they do not weigh much and then say other lighting.

You also need the wind up supports on it as per the post above.
Look at Ultimax as you get what you pay for.
