The post is awaiting approval. All posts/threads by any members that are in the "sin bin" have to go through that process. The link not being active doesn't mean the post has broken any rules, it's just awaiting approval from the moderators. The rules of the forum are set by the forum owners and are not up for debate. The length of time spent in the sin-bin will be determined by behavior.
