We have such a blast getting together as a band, love it. Anyway thought I'd share this little video of us, not to be taken too seriously, we really don't want to be the next Kings Of Leon :p :D :beer1:

Not sure why it says low res as the video is 1080p I think !

Cobra promo low res.mp4 - YouTube

(I seem to have lost the ability to embed a youtube video :o )

Off out, so just had a quick flick through and what struck me, is that you seem to take on the artists style when you are singing their songs. You did Song 2 in the style of Damon Albarn and Changing man in the style of Weller, rather than your own rather good voice.

Ya get me?

You're quite correct, I do become somewhat of an impressionist, not sure why tbh !

Have you thought about making money out of it?

Private parties etc?

But it could be. :)

Doing something you're good at and enjoy whilst making a bit of extra dosh.

I'm surprised you don't advertise the band on your site.

DJ/Band combo.

It got a bit painful towards the end, if i'm honest,

Try and sing the songs so you're not straining as much, find tracks that fit your voice if you know what i mean?

The guitarist could do with a bit more of a rough sound to his guit on the indie type of tracks as well

Other than that, sound as

I agree, a bit rough around the edges in parts ;)

No worries man

It's a tough thing picking songs to do for a covers band i've found as there's so many different styles to choose from, so certain songs will work with a certain kind of voice and other ones won't

How many tracks did you go through to pick the set, or was the set already picked when you joined?
