natwest customers..............alert

I receiver a phone call today from 08453560020 , I was told to ring this number , it is a auto response from NatWest fraud , apparently.............

Well being a bit suspicious , I rang NatWest , and they confirmed it was their fraud office , so I rang them , I then had to confirm a few recent transactions , Tesco , Sainburys , Amazon on line , all legit.........er apart from an attempt to get £80 cash at 18:16 today from my account at an ATM in Morocco...:eek: . three attempts to guess my PIN failed , so card was blocked

Card was instantly voided and a new one will be sent out first class post.
I am usual careful about these things , just going to run Malwarebytes to see if there is a keylogger nested somewhere.....:(

I've been the victim of card fraud before, and to the banks credit they were quick to alert me, and refunded back all that was taken (about £100).

Yes i had this with tsb bank..Excellent service and same as shawn, they repaid money

I had this last year with natwest, My card was cloned but fortunately the guy was raided before he got to use the 50 cloned cards he had, Apparently he got it form the local service station.
