Just been too launch night of new club in Wolverhampton

Oceana, the lastest large club to hit the scene in wolverhampton, we just been to the VIP opening night, and very nice it was too they have one of the best lighting rigs ive seen in a club, in there main room they have around 10 projectors in a circle beaming video and graphics round the room the whole thing move up and down in the centre of the room is a mirror ball surrounded by b no less than 6 Martin wizard extreme's very sexy in the outer circle around that they have 8 Martin mac 250 krypton's and in bitween them that have atomic stobes and finnally to surrond that around the circle as well there are around 10 Martin mx-10 scanners , and at 10pm when it fired up i have to say it looked pretty dam good from where i was standing.


Just imagin something like that on a mobile rig , now that would be a show to remember .

Well there is one of them opening in Birmingham very shortly, I'm on the VIP list for its opening night, so will have to see if its as good...

Yeah we have one in Nottingham, built last year. Very very nice indeed. Owned by a huge company called Luminar leisure developments.

"Luminar leisure developments" Didn't know it was those guys! They've got all the Chicago Rocks, an the Liquid's, Time's, Fuse's etc... all over. They were in trouble not so long ago an sold loads off, obviously this new one is working for them!

The lighting rig is exactly the same at the one in Bristol too. They also have a cheese room with the biggest LED dance floor in europe and loads of old fashioned lighting rigged up - helicopters, spot boxes, pars etc. Looks wicked though!
