Stand cases?

I have just bought a 4ft Giraffe stand and was wondering if there is an easy way of trying to carry it around when not built? It obviously came in a box - but I'm wondering how long this box is going to last!

saw someone else reply to a similar thread before- they suggested a fishing bag or a golf bag cover- could be worth a look??

Lol i've been wondering that myself.. I just carry it round in bits! All the nuts and stuff I just fasten to the stand and loosen them as required to put it together. If you're a bit handy with DIY there's no reason why you can't build one.

I though about the DIY option, sort of stich one like a tent-bag. Maybe I can get the other half on the case! :teeth:

I just remove all the nuts and bolts and place them into a bag or box then I carry all the framework without any boxes or bags. I suppose carrying them in some sort of box or bag would make it a bit easier and more convinient, maybe a golf bag ? :p

I think you can buy carry cases/bags for stands (4ft deck) made by Giraffe.
When searching for stands I seem to remember a few about the £30 mark.

YEH!! That's it!!! :teeth: (Saves me having to search through all my history over the last week or so)

I would imagine that it's quicker & easier to carry them in that then everything separately. Does look big though...........better get down a gym! :teeth: :p

Ah, thanks! Yeah, got the 4ft one, couldn't afford the double bar one. I have to say, it is really nice and good quality from what I can see. To be honest Tony, the cases I needed at the time have now been sorted.

Perhaps I might try them again.

I think the standard Giraffe case will probably be alright for my needs for now by the looks of things, thanks for the recommendation though! :)
