Once you head into dmx you'll never look back. It's time consuming in the beginning but the time spent programming your lighting sequences is very rewarding. Even if you decide not to program your own scenes, most dmx lighting come pre-programmed with on-board scenes and can be enhanced with a simple controller like the CA-8 (http://www.virtualdj.be/images/CA-8.jpg)

'DMX Will' has written a great help guide for the forum on the subject of DMX. You can read it HERE (http://www.mobilediscodirectory.co.uk/forums/article.php?a=61).

Nice to have you here Sam.
