Hang them on the front of a deck stand or create a modern style 'light box'.
A box with 4 or 5 attached across the front would look quite cool.

Have you seen the tubes that act like a graphic equaliser, to the music being played? They look cool - can't remember who made them or where I saw them though. :embarasse

have seen a few rigs with that sort of thing like a frame round the dj is the best way to describe it

I suppose you could put them on lighting bars or truss too.

Depending on how your rig works, on the top/bottom of your truss, or up and down the stands. They're mainly designed for installations where you can do just that. Although obviously they try and sell them for the mobile DJ. They just look better installed around a bar area etc.
