Ok, i like the concept....but come one...white only? In this day and age when you can get high powered tri-LED's etc...its poor IMO

I reckon a colour version will be waiting in the wings ... I would actually consider something like that.

I actually like it, but as said cant wait to see a rgb led version, will this be the next must have minimal trend?

RGB and we have a winner IMO - I would buy 2 instantly.

I really dont understand why this isnt rgb, surely it isnt much more work? a simple tri colour led, and another chip to control the rgb

i agree , colours would be nice , but i think the idea behind this is white light and white light only, add this to an existing show that will have colour already , it will look stunning . White light is a huge effect and thats what i think this light is all about

I actually quite like that and would go good with a powerbar, But (yes there is always a but) It in my opinion is another light that can only really be used with smoke/haze.

Strangly enough I was looking at one on youtube the other day and was going to ask for peoples thoughts on here.

I really like it, reminds me of search lights. I think its a nice effect because it is just white. Very retro looking.

Good idea, just not powerful enough to be of any real use.

Very retro looking is right. So retro that you could probably buy the old scanners from Thomann for 20 quid each and cable tie them to a tbar....
