One of our number is broadcasting such a show via the internet this evening, either as he told me, between 7 and 9, or as the trail on his station said, 8 and 10. :daft:

Here's the link, and no it's not me. Click on any of the station pages, and music will stream automatically. A much better arrangement than the video they had formerly, when I tended to get a series of still images in a very slow slideshow, and a programme akin to "Name that tune".

Cheers Pete, just checked it and heard Gimme Some before the 8 o'clock time check but it is a broken 'stuttering like' signal due to my internet speed so I will now take my dog out for his walk.

Gordon Bennett, but you must only have two tin cans and a piece of string for your connection! :eek: :p :D :D On mine, which is not at all fast, the sound was virtually uninterrupted. When there was a video feed, I was absolutely stuffed, my connection couldn't cope. :(

Peter, in the evenings I usually have between 0.5 and 0.8mbps. Many times I attenmpt to reply to threads and when I hit the submit it takes around 15 seconds before it says 'Unavailable - timed out'.
If I hit the submit twice it is often successful though. I will click twice now.

And now the voice to go with it. I couldn't get over his delivery, the lad's usually so laid back and measured in real life. On the radio, he seemed as if he'd consumed a crate of Red Bull in readiness foir the show! :D :D

For anyone with even a passing interest in Tamla, Soul and Northern Soul, I'd recommend a listen. The content's superb, the lad's a natural, and you can learn so much.

I feel I must however issue a warning. Listeneing to the show can seriously damage your wallet. I spent over £3.50 on Amazon buying tracks Andy played on the show. :( :( :(

Andy has ways of making you spend money he uses voodoo mind warp. if he is thinking out loud and he wants you to hear so you know he is selling something and it even better if he has you in one place for a good few hours he can work on you
