I bought a pair of these a few months ago, thought I'd give my opinion on them.
Here's a link so you can see what I'm talking about - Triclops (http://www.djkit.com/equinox/equinox-triclops.html)

Right so first off the light isn't huge like some others I've had, and it isn't very heavy. The 3 mirrors work very well very smooth and not had a problem, the mirrors only move back and forth (unlike a scanner which has X and Y movement). Solid metal casing, everything feels very hard wearing and reliable.

The LED's are mid-brightness, not as bright as some but much brighter than say a £60 Scanner, ideal for mobile discos really. The pattern is very similar to most LED lights about 10 or 15 dots each with different colours that flash to form different patterns on the floor - not very exciting without smoke!

Sound to light microphone is very good, sensitivity is great and quite accurate. Can be run DMX using dip switches or set the triclops dipswitch to setting 2 I think to run as slave when connected.

Overall - Looks amazing in smoke, looks OK without - looks very good with 2 units on master/slave mode. Reliable unit and the best LED lights I have (Very disappointing when you cannot use smoke machines!)

In smoke - 9/10
No smoke - 6/10
