Fix my iphone?

I have a 3gs that has broken.

what exactly is broken? The screen, case, software etc?

Not turning on, not charging or working with itunes.

battery ran out on way to airport on Sat.

it was next to the heater so may have got hot?
I have taken it apart and checked all the connections.

done resets etc.

May be a dead battery?

could be a sizzled battery, pop into a local phone repair shop, shouldnt cost that much for a new battery, i broke my screen and only cost me £25

I recon? I have just bought another Iphone anyway, but will try and fix my existing one. i will buy a cheapy battery to see and get a proper one if it works and keep the cheap battery for back up. :) I use it as a sat nav so worth having two. cant get it on my ipad to work for some reason?
