Thought I'd ask....
I didn't start drinking alcohol until I was into my 20's and up until around a year ago now, I'd always stuck to Lager or Real Ale.
Lager or Real Ale always used to bloat me out but I noticed that Cider doesn't.
I've tried a few and I have to say that my favourite at the moment is Aspalls Organic 7%.
Any of you Cider drinkers have any suggestions or recommendations for some nice ones?
Cheers

I'm a cider drinker, but I have boring tastes and stick to main brands. I have a very sweet tooth so I drink Stella Cidre mainly, and Strongbow.

Nothing wrong with that Shaun.
I like Stella Cidre too and they do Strongbow on tap down my local.
I don't like Magners but I do like Aspalls.

I don't like Magners either, but Magners Golden Draught is very nice. It's quite sweet, but not quite as sweet as the Stella.

I'm not a cider drinker, but do drink it, more so in the summer. I like Stella Cidre too. I also tried quite a few of the 'flavoured' ciders too. Blueberry was interesting. (Waits for Steve to appear)

I also went through a stage of drinking 'Brothers Toffee Apple Cider'. 'Kopparberg Strawberry and lime Cider' is very nice too, especially on a hot day.

Up until about 2 years ago I was a confirmed lager drinker but it played havoc with me in more ways than one :D
I switched to Bulmers in the local and when they got "Thatchers" on draft it was bliss. Have tried Cidre, Magners etc but prefer the taste of the draft Thatchers.
When I'm at home I'll have Kopperberg ciders usually mixed fruit which are are great light drink.

The missus likes Magners and I've got her a couple of the flavoured ones.
Rhubarb and Cinnamon.
Honey and Baked Apple or whatever it is.
I tried Thatchers and Thatchers Gold but I like a bit of fizz and some of those aren't that fizzy.
I haven't tried Thatchers Katy yet. Anyone had that?
The only problem with Cider is that it's much easier to drink, usually stronger and it gets to you quicker.

I mainly drink Strongbow these days and sometimes Stella Cidre. I also like the pear and mixed fruit Koppabergs, but they can get a bit sickly after 2 or 3.
