Anyone know if you can get one of these to run in a slow mode suitable for a first dance, without using a DMX controller?

I have the efx500, basically the same unit and it can't be done without dmx.

It is very easy to set your controller to do a first dance scene though and any cheap controller (such as the chauvet obey 10 that I am using) will do the job as long as the controller has 8 dmx channels or more

901 is sound mode, try reducing the sound level down to a low number?

900 is sound to light,

901 is its own built in programmes

the sound to light mode can be very fast though.i would not recommend this,it is better to use a dmx controller

901 is sound mode on my 600, and you can only slow it down via dmx

seriously worth trying reducing the sound sensitivity..it might just help?I'd turn it right down. according to the manuals for EFX500, 600, 700, 800. sound is 901. I've owned 3 x 600's and 2 x 800's now sold all bar 1 600. I've always found them to be slow on sound response especially the 600's.
