Semi broken laser (!)

I'm looking for a laser for a one off gig where I want the laser to show just a laser/digital sky eg: wide straight horizontal line.

The idea is just to mount the laser a few inches below ceiling height and just have the laser/digital sky effect running for however long I can re: laser duty cycles etc throughout the evening.

Since most new lasers offer far far more patterns than this, this use would suit a laser which has lost its vertical axis control / motor / mirror etc.

Ideally blue in colour, but green, or possibly red considered.

whats your budget? can easily solve this buy popping down and installing a proper laser system in with a proper reference line type flat scan or can add all kinds of flat effects to make it work all night without stopping. and any colour you want.
