Rackmount Mixer with 2 mic inputs?

Sorry forgot to mention which is cheaper than a x500 :-), Have come across a citronic one, and behringer. Can anybody vouch for these?

Just to throw a curve ball, I acquired this one for the backup/second playout case http://www.adjaudio.com/pdffiles/q_record.pdf from a forum member.
I wanted another X-500 so that both were identical, and I had a s/h Denon in my grasp, but sadly the price tag ( though realistic ) was over my budget, and when Andy Neen ( Deltic ) offered me this at around £100 less, I was convinced of its suitability. ;) :D :D

Seriously, it's an excellent mixer, with the only major defects being that while the two mic channels have common tone controls, rather than individual ones, but it does have individual mute and volume controls. It also has a USB/SD card player built in, which can be assigned to any channel.

Whether it's still available I don't know, but I'd recommend one.

Ive used the Citronic CDM 8:4 before and found it to be a reliable, bombproof mixer....until I destroyed it (it was pushing 6 years old, and the mic channel died).

Ive still got its big brother 9the 10:4, and whilst it is a bigger mixer, I like the fact that its got independent 3 band EQs on each mic channel.

I had a Citronic Predator which was the forerunner of the 8:4. Never killed that even after 11 years. Wish I'd kept it actually, but that would have been for xsentiemtal reasons.

I'm now on my third Citronic 10:4, the latest version of which has 4 mic inputs. Great for occasional karaoke and speeches / presentations.
