I always put my 2 Nexo PS15's on stands with a sub central. I often wonder what the best height is for my top boxes. I like to get the horn just above head height so the sound travels to the back of the room. I do find in larger rooms that i put the stands much higher and get the tops as high as i can.
Is this correct? Any tips?

I posted these links a while ago on another vaguely-related thread, but this would seem the perfect opportunity to post them again:-
Vertical Loudspeaker Pattern in PA Systems (http://www.astralsound.com/vertical_pattern.htm)
Horizontal Loudspeaker Pattern in PA Systems (http://www.astralsound.com/horizontal_pattern.htm)
I found these articles very interesting and informative, and written in such a way that even I could understand! (With diagrams illustrating what they mean, too!)

You're welcome, and yes, I thought it was a really good explanation too. Not all of it is practical for us to employ, but I think most DJs could incorporate one or two tweaks to maximise potential.
