Very Quick Booking - Wish they were all like this!

In February I did a party in a barn at an equestrian stables just outside town. It was a really good one and the lady said at the time that she'd have another party in the summer. Everyone was well up for the party and on the night it was -10 degrees which wasn't nice, despite the industrial heaters that they had hired in.

Anyway, mega quick booking today when the lady called.
"Are you free on 18th August?"
"Yes"
"Count yourself as booked, same deal as last time please"
"Great stuff, thanks"
"I've just transferred the booking fee to your account, is that ok?"
**Checks account whilst on phone**
"That's great, I'll send over a confirmation email for the payment and pop over with your booking forms to sign"

Nipped over, signed the forms and all done and dusted!
Good payer this one and will be a regular twice yearly gig by all accounts.

If only it was as easy as this all the time eh!?

Great stuff! I require a £50 deposit and the remainder of your balance can be paid on the day.

I have also sent you a contract to read and sign via Echo Sign. It's really easy but if you have any problems, please don't hesitate to give me a call.

I’m happy to accept cheque, cash, or BACS (BACS if possible)

Once I’ve received the deposit and the contract is signed, the booking will be confirmed.

One thing I noticed in your convo back and forth Charlie. She asked you a specific question whether you had "done many parties". And in your next reply you confirmed receiving payment but you didn't answer her specific query? Just thought I would mention it as that would bug me if I had been the enquirer.
