Having looked it up I now know what it means!! But I don't remember any misheard or misinterpreted lyrics.

However, I do remember being out with my mates when I could've sworn one of them said "Greg's passed his test". Our mate Greg had been taking driving lessons so I said "Oh, great! He can give us a lift home, then!". I was greeted with a puzzled look. Then he explained what he really said was "Gregg's pasties are the best!".
