I had a call last night. It was 7.00pm and I was on my way to the pub. I'd had a couple of drinks before I left too.
My wife took the call on the home phone and called me with the number so I called it as I walked to the pub.
It was for a gig last night. Apparently the DJ had not turned up!
There was nothing I could do as I was over the limit (I don't touch a drop if I am driving). I texted a mate to see if he could help but he was working.
I rang the lady back after saying I would see if I could help but they didn't answer the phone. I left a voicemail and never heard anything back.
