Looking for some help creating a contract as well as T&C's for my website. Having worked for agencies and local DJ's most of my working career I never had to deal with contracts or paperwork however since going self employed this year I am finding it a bit of a pain at times. Last week I signed up for an online service which allows me to take bookings etc online as well as handle contracts and was wondering if anyone could help me create something that I could use as a form of contract for my services.

If anyone can help please let me know. thanks

Off topic but you should turn on your permalinks in Wordpress. Makes links much nicer and also helps with SEO.

With respect, that isn't a contract.

Thanks for the tip. As a web newbie I don't even know what that means though. I assume it means that Google won't index these pages and allow links.

I would like to know how to get rid of the 'powered by wordpress etc' at the bottom if that is possible?

Sorry for the mild thread hijack.

Find the following in your footer file which you can find in the edit section under theme.

<div class="credits">Warwickshire Wedding DJ is proudly powered by <a class="credits" href="http://wordpress.org">WordPress</a> and <a class="credits" href="http://buddypress.org">BuddyPress</a>. Just another <a class="credits" href="http://themekraft.com/all-themes/" target="_blank" title="Wordpress Theme" alt="WordPress Theme">WordPress Theme</a> developed by Themekraft.</div>
</div><!-- #footer -->

You should be able to change the red coloured text to <a href="www.yourdomain.com">Warwickshire Wedding DJ</a>

That will get rid of Powered by Wordpress bit at the bottom of the pages.

Permalinks make the domain.com/text here more friendly rather than yourdomain.com/p=160

He asked for T&C's for his website also so it was aimed for that really.
