I have had my 6000 since about november now and do not use it to its full ability and really feel dumb for buying it (coz it looked good). It is going in the for sale section soon, Can anyone suggest something like the 6000 but not as many buttons on it that I dont know what they do, Im a simple fader not a mega mixer ;)

Aren't there any tutorials on Youtube to have a look at Hammy? If you're using it with VDJ. I'm sure the likes of Daz and Mark Wild use it with VDJ. They're bound to be able to tell you what some of the bells and whistles do;) ;) :D :D

No, but I'd strongly consider one if it existed. The concept of the 6000 is brilliant, it's just that as usual, Denon have fitted as many bells and whistles as is humanly possible.

A "Lite" version could be a winner. :D

I have watched them, One of my other Dj`s gets on it and does all the buttons without even looking, i guess im just an old fart really :D

This was my problem last year at BPM. I went, primarily, to look at controllers and I must confess that I was simply bewildered by the technology on display there. Most of it went straight over my head. I ended up just buying the DJ2Go in the end!

Which buttons? It really is just a simple controller but with the addition of loop in/out, hot cues and an FX unit. Shouldn't trouble you at all really.

And you don't have to use those buttons anyway. The real bonus if this unit for me is that it is light and all in one with plenty of inputs, and the fact that it is a software and hardware mixer.

Agreed. The only annoying thing is you cant disable the crossfader so I keep hitting that with my bloody suit.
