Just thought I'd quickly mention some excellent after sales support I received today.

Been using the little GWDMX controller for a couple of months and been really pleased with it (nice and simple for a dmx newbie like me), but this morning I was having problems with the software while trying to create copies of scenes. I rang them up and spoke to a chap called Richard, explained the problem, he said he'd look into it so I left it with him ...within a couple of hours I had a new release of the software by email with my problem fixed, brilliant turn around and will now save me a few hours doing some new scenes from scratch :)

Nice to find a company looking after their customers now days :beer1:

We had a slight issue with an aspect of the software. Spoke to Richard on the Monday night, received an email on Tuesday. Sorted!

I have nothing but good things to say about the product or support.

So good I posted it twice :D

Sorry for that laptop was slow so must have pressed it twice :)

Been chatting to richard today and he is working on a mac platform for the editing software which will be nice as i hate having to boot up windows on my mac.

So a few years on and has anyone had issues with this product and not been able to get it sorted?
I have 2 and one is not functioning when plugged in. Maybe my fault but I know quite a few just freeze up.

I have just programmed my other one, so it may be incompatible with other units after that? Perhaps reinstalling the software would work, but I just wanted to transfer the scenes over and create a duplicate to have in the car.

I will look into it but just curious if anyone has had any contact with them or experience of the units not responding in Windows?
