Thanks to Mike @ Web Nation, our new sister site is now live at www.eventstore.co.uk (http://www.eventstore.co.uk).

I still have a lot of content to add in the coming weeks, however in the meantime any comments or suggestions are welcome as always.

Hi i am abit confused, is the site an equipment hire site or hire of yourself with the kit.
If its a hire site then a list of equipment would be helpful with prices. here are some examples: http://www.theatek.co.uk/lighting/
http://www.stage-electrics.co.uk/hire.aspx

The site looks good possibly to many catagoires in services if going down the route above.

The site is a little bit of everything rather than offering a particular "product".

As you may have seen from #2 you have been designed with an identical template which looks like it been CMS'd with Drupal.

Thank you for your comments so far.

That's the problem, it's a bit of both, but primarily equipment is set up and operated throughout the duration of an event. Only a small portion of our business is dry hire.

At first glance, both sites are identical in layout and design. I think you're going to have to be very careful with the content you put on the site to avoid any accusations of plagiarism as has happened before. Just makes me wonder how many other sites the web designer has done that are the same?

I'm guessing that there aren't too many similar sites yet, as the template I believe is relatively new.

After some great advice from Mike, we have created a new section of the website showing details of recent events:-
